Craig Saunders is an attorney practicing in Houston, TX. His practice is a combination of both litigation and transactional work. He also has experience advising clients with regard to business transactions and financing transactions as well as drafting contracts and business organization governing documents.

  • Obtained take-nothing arbitration award for general contractor in defense of construction claim about materials used in the retaining wall
  • Obtained no evidence summary judgment in favor of client Internet search company in defense of claims for breach of contract and violations of Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act
  • Successfully prosecuted promissory note collection case on behalf of client lender
  • Obtained no evidence summary judgment in favor of client mechanic in defense of claims for violations of Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act pertaining to catalytic converter
  • Advised client general contractor regarding construction financing of $1.5 million secured loan for development of shopping plaza in Harris County, Texas
  • Advised client hotel franchisee regarding $10 million and $8 million construction loans
  • Represented and advised client on construction project, resulting in settlement of 22 mechanic’s liens
  • Prepared contract with license for use of proprietary materials for presentations in Australia and Scandinavia
